LTD stud on rear corner capping

I have never had any straps on my hood cover. It has never flapped in the wind - even at 80 MPH and more. The hood cover you see in my photo above is the original one that came with the car in 1958. That photo is from about 1995 or 2000.

 

I had it in place for the last year or more - even with my tonneau cover in place. I just leave the hood stick cover danging down whilst still attached to those two corner Lift-The-Dots.
