Another demon laid to rest.

Finaly ran out of other little jobs to do, so bit the bullit and got on with it. Now quite pleased with my self, engine sitting on the garage floor, heaven only knows if I will ever remember how to get the big lump back in.

For now it's time to clean up, strip the paint off, weld up a few holes and spray in primer.

Probably for many forumits this is all simple stuff but for me it's a big step in the right direction. This time next year.......

It's always a good feeling to achieve something you thought was too hard

Don't worry Dave - it all seems very daunting to start with but you couldn't wish for a more basic set up to work with - crack on and good luck.

Thanks for the encouragement, I'll plug on.

Half a litre of Jizer later the mucky lump dosn't look too shaby, now on with engine bay clean up.
