dulux72
Hi new to TR7 ownership Had a FHC XHP 308X in ardent silver about 13 years ago and had to sell when made redundant. Always promised myself another and to that end I have just brought a 1980 DHC. I was wondering what is approximately the correct oil pressure when idling and when under load ? Many thx in advance Dulux72
Maxwell
Is Dulux 72 the Paint Code? Mine runs at around 40 psi in standard 2.0l form.. Welcome to the Club.. I need as many sevens as possible in Kent on May 15th, if you're around! Maxwell
malcolm
Is that at idle, or driving Maxwell? I'd look for at least 25psi at hot idle and 40+psi running. Malcolm.

mikehardwick
That sounds about right, mine runs at 42psi (indicated) at 3000rpm, and ticks over at 32psi (maybe 30 if stinking hot) Mike
