Badfrog
Hi all, I intend to replace the 6 ordinary bolts/nuts that secure the rear hub/brake combination to the axle trumpet by new bolts and Nylstops, while retaining the foldable fasteners. Sort of double safety. Who can tell me the size of these nuts and bolts in Imperial system, so I can order the equivalent nylstops ? Any good nuts/bolts supplier to recommend ? Thanks, Badfrog, dead serious here.... Edited August 3, 2010 by Badfrog

Not 'ordinary' for sure - they are HT setscrews, can't give you the exact material spec, though. 1/4" UNF with a plain shank (or whatever the correct term is) for the lock tabs and axle casing. Brian-Northampton
I use Namrick too, always a very good and prompt service. Just a shame nuts/bolts are so damned heavy that postage costs a bit, but then where else can you get a reliable source of imperial bolts. Bri.
