CJG
Does anyone know of a good place to get a tatty-looking rocker cover rechromed (either in the West Midlands or in the Düsseldorf / Cologne / Ruhrgebiet area)? Are the original oil filler caps still available? I still have the original, but it needs a respray (and some rust removing). The car currently has a cast aluminium cover fitted (Triumphtune?), but I would like to put the original back on. Thanks.
dykins
Is it worthwhile getting a rocker cover rechromed, when decent ones can be obtained off Ebay for little money. Is this one better than yours? Rocker cover Regards Peter Edited February 4, 2010 by dykins
CJG
Thanks - this one looks a lot better. It's obviously not worth rechroming the old one, then. Is it worthwhile getting a rocker cover rechromed, when decent ones can be obtained off Ebay for little money. Is this one better than yours? Rocker cover Regards Peter
