Devs Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 Does anyone know of a metal fabricator/panel beater that works in the Sussex area who could assist with the fabrication of some repair panels? I've contacted a few so called Classic Car specialists in Sussex who suprisingly enough simply contract out the work to a 3rd party, so I figured I may as well cut out the middle man & try & locate the panel beaters myself. The repair panels themselves are for a 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider (another one of my projects)& you can't even purchase poor quality pattern parts for these! I know I complained about the quality of the pattern parts for my TR2 from Moss and the like, however.... you don't know what you're missing until it's gone! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
roy53 Posted January 11, 2010 Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 (edited) Dev a company i use repair ALFA'S for the european racers and have jigs/moulds for the panels of many of them.They carry out the work themselves and i don't know if they would sell panels to others.I will ask if you tell me your requirements, i guess you know it won't be cheap.
