TR302V8
I recently picked up a TR250 with mucho modifications from an older restoration/modification (1970s maybe?) I'll post again with a few pics of the beast. But for now I have this issue: I need to replace the wipers but they're unlike any I've seen. But then again, this is my first TR250. They don't look like the ones in The Roadster Factory's online catalog, which look like this: Instead, mine look like this: Am I correct in assuming that these are not stock? I'd like to change the arms to ones that I can more easily find blades for. I'm not concerned with being "period correct" with the sheer amount of customization that has been done to this car. Any ideas?
BrianC
I don't know about the TR250, but the type you have with a 'spoon' or 'collet' fixing were used on earlier models and are available from Tex via many classic car parts suppliers. stuart
You would probably be better off going for the TRF replacements as at least they will park properly at the base of the screen and provided they have the correct original screw clamp on the ferrule socket they will stay on the car.
