Hello there
notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Abbott and Stour Group of the TR Register will take place on Tuesday 9th of November at 8.00 pm at The Manger, Bradfield Combust IP30 0LW.
The agenda is:
1) Apologies for absence
2) Acceptance of minutes of previous AGM
3) Confirmation of bank Balance
4) Election of Committee (at present the majority of the Committee wish to continue but if you wish to take an active part in the Group’s activities please let me know which position you wish to stand for, with a proposer and seconder).
The positions are: Treasurer, Show’s organiser, Quiz Master/April Showers run organiser, Autumn Leaves run organiser, IT Expert. The one vacant position will be that of Group Leader, I will of course provide any assistance required to the new incumbent.
5) Any other business which will include a discussion regarding shows and runs for 2022.
