jonlar Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 Hi Mike, I had the same problem years ago, cut the joint out and shortened the "glove" so that it was a slightly tight snug fit, and sewed it back together. They will stretch a bit once fitted. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
DaveR Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 The steering wheel fitted to the TR8 maybe of some interest. It is a 1500 Spitfire item which was fitted from 1978 to 1980.
