rvwp Posted April 16 Report Share Posted April 16 Hi Guys, I have a new set of 4 MWS 5.5 x 15, 72 spoke painted wire wheels. According to the Moss catalogue, these are suitable for a TR4A and TR5/6. MWS states in their catalogue they advocate a fitment check as this size may protrude outside of the wings. As I do not wish to shorten my wheel studs and want the option of using the original steel wheels also, and would therefore need to use spacers, this seems to be the case. I'm not sure anyway that using 185/70 tyre recommended for this size of wheel would look too wide for a TR4/5. I assume that a 4.5 x 15 will be the better size? Any comments would be appreciated.
