Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the plate that goes between stay rod and bumper iron top surface. Why is it there? - I guess clearance for the steering rack. Was it fitted to all TR6 after 1973 or only NAS? Did all post '73 cars use the reinforced bumper irons and the stay rods that go to the suspension turret cross tube?
