These are complete (i.e., all bits present) but need a complete rebuild. I also have a set of later UK seats (with headrest) which are vgc and covered in black leather. I recovered them in black vinyl + replaced the foam/diaphragms. This was done a few years ago but I swapped them for MX5 seats shortly after so they have had little use since recovering.
