changing the window/door seal

Is a fiddly but relatively easy job on any TR.

 

My Spitfire is a bit different.

 

The channels the windows slide in are each just over an inch wide, and a hefty plastic guide piece keeps the window really rigid

 

within those channels. A far better system than the cheap slides on a TR.

 

In a TR you can lower the window below the seal and remove the clips etc etc , not so in the Spitfire.

 

I know some of the lads have pals with a spitfire so hope that someone can help me out.
