Grahamgl Posted February 28, 2018 Report Share Posted February 28, 2018 Hi Dave, In the side of the casing you will find a small hole, about 3/16” diameter. Push a small rod into it and press it in, there is a small plunger inside which when pressed will release the lock cylinder. If you put the key in you can use it to pull the cylinder out.
