jonlar Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 Hi Unc., that sounds somewhat fishy - if that was the case, why didn't they tell you that when you queried the price, did you accept the Distance Selling clause - this gives away the right to cancel the order within 7 days - no reason required; and then re-ordered the tyres at the lower price.
