jamie hart
I have fitted HS6 carburettors to my TR4 but am getting a leakage where the flexible pipe goes into the bottom of the jet. I have made a very temporary repair but what is the best way to seal this pipe so it will not leak in future? Many thanks, Jamie
RogerH
Hi Jamie, this is a known leaky area. The best repair is to replace all the rubbery/sealing parts with a repair kit. Burlen do the good kits. Lebro
You may just need item 34 front, & 34 rear, these are the Jets complete with flexible pipe. You can't break the jet assy down any further than this. (other than DIY repair!) Bob.
