alan57
Hello Mike! Have a good - and safe- day! Needless to say I'll not be there - you will recall that my last visit to OP cost me a shilling or two!! For us, the Donington fiasco continued! The A14 was closed near Cambridge and after several miles on the outskirts of Cambridge the diversion signs evaporated, and shortly after we found ourselves going the wrong way down the M11 - and getting short of fuel! At least the Stansted services were open!! After a 70 mile detour we arrived back just before midnight - not sure the neighbours appreciated the TR being offloaded at that time though!! Ah well - the joys and glamour of motor sport eh?? Have a good one! Edited September 22, 2015 by alan57

stephen cooper
Saturday produced nigh on perfect weather to watch some TR racing at Oulton Park in an entertaining finish to the day. Mixed fortunes for the TRs, but a big well done to Dave McD who drove a great race, leading for some of it and finished 2nd behind the rapid Ginetta. Steve
