Guest john-egerton Posted August 3, 2005 Report Share Posted August 3, 2005 My pots are empty! I'm running SU HIF44's and they've been drinking the oil. Not too much of a problem except that after being topped up yesterday, they were empty today on starting the car. It ran like a dog - all 8 plugs are black all over. Any ideas as to what is wrong? Its been suggested that the O rings are worn at the base of the dash pots..... womdering if thats a quick job to do. Why do these things happen 3 days before a club event?? !
