Steve.M
Has anyone out there fitted a nice liner to the boot on their 7? I know S&S offer a very nice carpet set, but it's a bit steep. If anyone can post some pics or better still some patern sizes it would be great. Thanks
HowardB
There is a chap at North Welad that made me a set that is fine for a working car like mine. It was cheap and has survived some serious well loaded rallies but not for concours. I got the contact from ebay, but he will sell direct Cheers Howard

phil3uh
Hi Steve, Did you find anyone doing a cheaper boot set than S&S as like you I am not prepared to pay £200 for it. Cheers Phil
Steve.M
Hi Phil, no takers yet I'm afraid. Now the evenings are getting darker I might have a go myself. Won't be quick though! Not far from you, near Bourne, also have sprint engine. See you in the Spring!
phil3uh
Hi Steve, I don't suppose you have a photo of your distributor without the cap on do you? My car died on me so I thought I would change coil, points and conderser, so took them out then got the new ones out of the boxes only to find I had got AC Delco ones TR7, not Lucas sprint ones. I now have the right ones but can' t remember how they all fit in, better still I have dropped both small screws so will have to beg some from Racetorations! If I get it fixed I hope to see you in the spring!, Cheers Phil
Steve.M
Too much spanner rash sorting points, so I had the whole dizzy refurbished and converted to electronic. Money very well spent (£100 cash), now stable at all revs.
