mikehardwick Posted May 4, 2005 Report Share Posted May 4, 2005 Alan, I use 26/30 front/rear. It's a bit like setting up adjustable shocks, try it and see how it feels. It's a compromise between steering weight, turn-in, handling and ultimate grip, not forgetting tyre wear. Mike Quote Link to post Share on other sites

allan Posted May 4, 2005 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2005 Thanks Mike, I have only owned my TR7 V8 for a couple of months and have been busy sorting out the rear axle. With that and other jobs on the car I've just got round to pressures etc. Your right, I have adjustable shocks on the back (never had them before ) and have been trying various settings to get the "feel" correct. Same applies to the tyre pressures then - ensure a "safe" pressure back and front - then fiddle to get the "feel" right....... Fingers crossed! Alan. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
