poolboy Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 It would be best to rebuild (recondition) them before trying to tune them. They respond well once that's done and hardly at all if not. I don't know what is available to you in the way of rebuild kits, but over here none of the kits, including the 'complete' kits include the Throttle Bypass Valve Diaphragm...and they will need replacing, practically guaranteed.
