It's not really East London (Benfleet, Essex) but Carlow Engineering have a pretty good reputation and have been around for years (search on Google for there phone number). I have no affiliation with them but from experience, they are much nicer in person than they sound on the phone, so don't let that put you off. As I am relatively new to the TR world, maybe someone with a bit more experience might have other suggestions closer to your location. Good luck with the tuning.
