The TWOA has posted all of the 1977-1981 Technical Service Bulletins from JRT on their site. They are in the public area of the site, and might be of interest to the community along with some other files. If we ever get our act together, we have the 1975-1976 ones as well to be uploaded and indexed for everyone. In the mean time, feel free to browse and enjoy. They are the two links / images at the bottom of the page linked below and are generally labeled with the contents of the TSB, however the 80-81 documents have multiple entries in each file in some cases so they are a bit more haphazard to peruse.
