Guest ntc Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 The folks at Revington tell me that the SS front pins are no longer available and they are looking for another supplier with no guarantee that this part will ever be available in the future. They are offering a galvanized steel pin as an alternative. Dick Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 There is nothing wrong with the steel pins. If they are greased well and are a push fit they will come out again. I suspect that the 'stuck' ones were probably 'as fitted dry' in the factory and were then subjected to years of water ingress and rusting. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
foster461 Posted October 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 Well I lucked out and the rear axle and rear springs came off with no drama and I found that the front pins could be pushed out with hand pressure.
