littlejim
recently I've been trying to get the new Surrey top to fit. Greatest leap forward was to rake the windscreen back as far as I could (with plenty of help from the forum). As it is within a few thou of being OK, with a couple of female studs to be fitted later, I thought I'd try the tin top. This revealed the suspicion about window height with the Surrey to be correct. It was down a couple of inches. The blue book was no help, but http://www.tr4aresto...n.blogspot.com/ was. It told me about the bolt in the door that governs window height. (#2 in piccie) to get the front rubber up to the top I had to trim a bit off the section that goes in the metal track before after PS. how do you get the pictures to line up laterally. I'm only qualified in vertically. Edited September 15, 2011 by littlejim
