MikeTR-6
Hi I have new set of arms and blades for my 1961 3a RHD. Now i realise they park to the left the and the standard RHD arms park to the right Anyone know if and how you adjust the motor so it parks the other way. Did this for a TR6 type motor by moving the nylon bridge on the gear wheel 180' The car is Negative earth if this makes a difference. Any help appreciated Mike
Bob Smith
Mike, Assuming that you have a normal DR3a wiper motor - to adjust the park position simply loosen (not remove) the small heaxagon headed screws on the top of the motor then rotate the circular section (with the wire going to the centre) until the wipers park where you want them to be. Then tighten up the bolts.
