Chris59
Hello, I have bought from RB a set of 3 Goodridge brake hoses for a TR2 (brake drums), but the inboard end male thread (opposite to the caliper side end), who is UNF in the new braided hoses, is not the same as on the car. It seems that the original thread on the car is neither UNF, UNC or metric Can someone help me ? Cheers, Chris.

Chris59
Hello Stuart, Thanks for your reply Yes, it is an early TR2, as mine is. Do you think it's possible -and where- to find the right braided hoses ? Chris.
John Bazzano
Hello Stuart, Thanks for your reply Yes, it is an early TR2, as mine is. Do you think it's possible -and where- to find the right braided hoses ? Chris. Chris, Moss here in the States list those hoses for your Lockheed drum brake system on the TR2. Their part no. here is 584-000 and I would assume Moss over there would also have them, perhaps same number. They cost $38.50 US. John
stuart
Moss Europe part numbers are different to the USA ones but I think they do keep the hoses as the Aeroquip construction has the ability to have different ends on the same size hoses. Try Jeff Marks at Moss as he will definitely know about them. Stuart.
TR3BGeorge
I just got new braided hoses put on my B. I think that an adaptor was necessary. I will find out tomorrow.
