repainting wire wheels

Hello James,

it is (thankfully) a while since I had a wire wheel car, but the same question arose as to refurbishing it's wheels and I found it as cheap to get new ones as it is very labour intensive. I'm assuming that you are talking about stripping the wheels and rebuilding them after painting?

Hi

RD Cox in Reading (Dougie) will blast, prime, paint and laquer them for about £35 each. PM me if you want his number. He has done work for me for the last 10 years and is very reliable.

Regards

Tony
