twin box exhaust from REVINGTON

Recommended Posts

Hello,

does anybody own / have experience with Revington's twin box exhaust system, which sits neatly between the chassis rails offering maximum ground clearance?

The boxes are supposed to sit in front of the rear tube connecting both châssis beams not underneath.

Cheers

Patrick

I've had one of these systems fitted for about 13 years and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them. They are well made, give far better ground clearance and have a great sound. Several other members of East Saxons and Essex have them and apart from isolated problems with the rear fitting brackets (that have now been improved), to my knowledge all are satisfied.

Allan,

Thanks a lot for your response. That sounds good...

Have you swapped it for a single bore?

Patrick

No, it's still as fitted, with two boxes and two tail pipes.

Allan

tx, send an e-mail (reply yet) but found a dealer in the mean time in Holland, but they are closed till Monday. Does anyone know whether it's possible to just replace the existing twin exhaust mufflers by the Reveningtons (i.e., use the existing manifold, pipes etc.).
