I have two TRs insured for four drivers with the TRR scheme. Not the cheapest but great cover and service. When I did make a claim it was handled quickly and painlessly; that’s worth a lot.

I won’t be matter at all. It’s sloppy manufacturing but there’s plenty of meat all around the pin.

Spacers are used(and suppled with) Revington’s adjustable fulcrum kit, which spaces the top wishbones further appart.
The XJ6 top ball joint is narrower than the TR version and can be used with spacers to fine tune the alignment with the vertical link.

Clean it up with wire wool and secure it in place with Loctite Retainer.

I took a live feed from the horn supply and used a relay with a built in fuse.

Carpet makes a great wick for oil and fuel.

A lead hammer does the same job but with zero damage to the spinners.

Precision Clutch in Henstridge Somerset did a fantastic job on mine together with a mild upgrade to springs and friction material. Give them a ring and talk about the options.

Congratulations Mark on fitting, removing and refitting the glass without breaking it……and getting it right in the end. :-)
