My thanks to Conrad aka Open Road for helping me out with this matter. The package was inspected, wrapped again and sent out to germany.
The willingness of this forum and its members to help is absolutely amazing.

Hello All,
on Ebay UK I have a part I am willing to "buy it now". However, the seller does not ship to Germany.
Maybe someone who is willing and has some experience in shipping items to Germany can help me with this. You would have to buy this item for me, and ship it to me.
Obviously all cost will be reimbursed prior and some extra for your time and effort.
If you are willing, just contact me thru PM and we will handle all the details thru Whatsapp/Email and Paypal.

I have 0.2mm protrusion (intentionally) with 0.8mm compressed gasket. So 0.6mm clearance. Anything else, I consider too much. I would look for a thicker gasket, or have the pistons maschined. A thicker gasket is obviously easier and cheaper.

Suitable vented discs are 24mm thick. The EBC Kit in the early days had 20 mm discs. They are no longer sold, so anyone needing spare discs are no longer served. We found other 24mm discs and I had the spacers machined. So far about 13 Kits sold. Marco has one of them.

There is a felt seal on the INSIDE. You can see this on the pictorials on Rimmer and Moss' website.

just curious.....where to buy good quality hoses?
I looked at Roose, but the Triumph set he offers, come in 31mm wide hoses. The actual dimension is 28mm. Moss' reinforced silicon hoses are on backorder already for a long time.

With this project, we primarily wanted to show that other transmissions such as Mazda or LT77 can be installed in a TR6. Marco has described the Mazda conversion already in detail here. To my knowledge an LT77 conversion described in this detail is only shown here so far. Of course there are a few other alternatives. BMW Getrag, Ford T5 .... BUT: these are merely statements. "Just install this, I would just use that". This project shows once again that you have to deal with small details for a very long time. Not only the procurement of parts can be problematic (Getrag gearboxes are not found everywhere), but the technical challenges and concepts are rarely addressed. Regardless of what is mentioned, if you don't want to compromise, and a transmission is really supposed to be installed one-to-one in a TR6, there is no plug-and-play solution.
Marco, many thanks for your help.

Properly maintained I see the PDWA valve as a useful safety feature.
I agree, but most of the times the owner does not have the wiring and working lightbulb to actually use this feature.
The connector and wireloom from the brakepressure switch are NLA...so most owners do not even have the PDWA connected.

The LT77 is a good choice. It belongs to Triumph.
There are better choices, there are worse choices.
Maybe one should look at the achievements made, vs the problems still out there.

the right hand one was on the repro cylinder.
the angle seems different compared to centre and left. Narrower.
PTFE is an option. Alternative: Stahlbus bleeder valves. Screw and glue in the valve. done.
