Thanks for the info and of course, makes logic sense. Yes, I also read that LEDs are very sensitive to connections etc. I am though considering the purity of the car . . I see some cars with LED after market kits and I simply does not look right . . and as my TR is from 71 I plan to keep it as original as possible, however I am considering an electric fan and putting the original in a box.

I have only the paperwork as the cars on a ship from Vancouver to Bremerhavn. Chasis is CC56100L, so was curious about its birth history more than anything!

Has anybody done an LED lighting upgrade on their TR6 and if so, did the car lose anything? I am keen on keeping it original as possible but LED conversion makes sense for better visibility etc

Just saying hello and I hope I am an active member going forward. I have just ordered my TR6 from 71, coming from Canada. Car is a white Californian originally and was wondering if I can ask if its worth getting the chassis number checked and registered? I can see this site offers a certificate of sort
