I moved out to New Zealand from England about twenty years ago with my wife, daughter, dogs, TR3A and 1986 110 Land Rover. I've had my TR for nearly 40 years and its restoration was finally finished a couple of years ago, but that doesn't mean the end of expenditure as faults and desirable improvements make themselves known. It just means I get to drive it now and again. I joined the TR register in the mid seventies I think, when the newsletters were a mere shadow of their present glorious selves, but still contained valuable information. Membership lapsed for a few years and I rejoined. My first Triumph was a vitesse I purchased at college, and I have owned Heralds, Spitfires, GT6, TR 4 and a Stag, although the Stag never ran in my ownership. Triumphs and Land rovers, I love them.
