Drive it Day in the drizzle

8 cars from the Leicestershire TR group took part in the Stonehurst Farm Drive it Day run in aid of Rainbows Hospice. There was an eclectic mix of cars from the Tony & Ruth's 1934 MG PB to a 1970's era Rolls-Royce, probably 60-70 cars all together. The rain threatened all day but only amounted to a drizzle, so it was top down for many TRs for most of the day. The 2 hour run was all on very small lanes, many single track roads with lots of mud and a few large puddles/small floods and loads of bumps to test the suspension and your aching back. A lot of fun was had by all along with bacon butties and loads of coffee.

Will have to wash the car again.....
