The Thames River Trip and BBQ

Emhrys and Mike T kindly provided their boats.  Emrhys's boat is all electric so very non poluting and eco friendly.  Mikes boat is somewhat larger and requiring diesel engines to propel it along.

Emrhys and Linda put in great efforts to arrange the day including sight seeing on route to the final venue via their home for members from different areas to gather together for the final leg and for a comfort  break and refreshments.  Mike T and Sally ordered in bbq food and also arranged for us to use the Upper Thames Motor Yacht Club Grounds and barbeque beside the river.. A big thanks to the four of you including the generous use of your boats.

Thanks to Duncan Bradley who braved the heat of the barbeque along with Mike T cooking both conventional beef burgers and sausages plus chicken sausages and  vege' burgers and sausages. two dogs were in attendance Buster and Millie, both of whom also enjoyed the boats.

With 11 TR's, 2 stags and a couple of mazda's the gathering was a great success.
