Greetings Cumbria Group,

Newsletter 1/24.

Well, I heard the AGM described as Short and Sweet and this is so right.

wonderful, with everything going just swimmingly, full programme sorted, with lots

of differing TR'ing to enjoy, check it out - its attached.

At the meeting we welcomed new Cumbria Group Member, David Riley, who now

retired is about to embark on a total rebuild of a Tr4A, be assured David, we are here

when needed.

I need to thank Peter Bonsall for liaising with the hotel, and all that this entails,

Geography, food and overall cost all seem to work for us, and I guess we'll be back

there come November?

From the minutes (Once again to Anne Whitehead for these) you will see our Prize

winners for 2023 and congratulations to them all.

Rendevous for our March All-Day run by Peter and Nan is Crooklands hotel, to leave

10.45, coffee is available from 10.00AM, lunch is at the Sun Hotel, Coniston, Once

the base for Colin Campbells, water speed attempts, and they have a memorabilia

room there – should some interesting boys own stuff!

Finally, Carol Moreton tells me she plans to sell Brians Tr4A, belting car if anyone is

looking.
