Our next meeting, the October mid-month, will be this Saturday lunchtime. We are grateful to Aidan who has kindly made the necessary arrangements. See his message below for details -
“Dear Chiltern Group colleagues,
Following on from last Wednesday’s meeting, I’m pleased to confirm that our October mid-monthly meeting will be for lunch on Saturday 14th October at 12 noon at The Wandering Kitchen café which is located at the Queenford Lakes between Stadhampton and Berinsfield (near Wallingford), its postcode being OX10 7PQ. We had lunch there earlier this year after, our visit to the nearby Aston Martin museum.
I have already made an initial booking but due to our numbers, we will have to submit a pre-order for our food and therefore, in addition to hopefully letting me know that you will be able to join us, please would you first visit their website at www.thewanderingkitchen.co.uk to select your food choice from their lunch menu and let me have that as well, where I will then forward it on to them.
I look forward to hearing back from you and to hopefully seeing you there at midday on the 14th.
