Our next meeting will be next Wednesday evening, 5th April, at The Peacock in Henton, OX39 4AH. Do come and join us if you can, you will be most welcome.
The TR Register AGM at Gaydon on Sunday 16th April at 11:00. May I remind you that if you are planning on being there you have until 17:00 7th April to register, if you have not done so already. If you are unable to attend you may still use a proxy vote. See www.tr-register.co.uk/agm for all the details of the agenda, a guide to proxy voting, the resolutions and the online form, which needs to be completed by 11:00 on 14th April at the latest.
One event that may have escaped your notice is the Standard Triumph Picnic 100 on Sunday 21st May. Hosted by the Pre-1940 Triumph Motor Club, this FREE event is open to all owners of Standard and Triumph motor cars to celebrate 100 years of the marque. This year's venue is the beautiful Mercure Walton Hall Hotel, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, CV35 9HG. Sounds like a great idea for a sunny Sunday, a nice drive and a picnic with good friends.
