At the last Peacock meeting, we talked about a run-out and brunch at Gilks’ Garage Café, just north of Banbury, and proposed Sunday 20th November. Unfortunately, the weather on Sunday looks rubbish. So how about this Friday or Saturday ? The current forecast says both days will be dry, with Friday at 9C and Saturday only 2C.
Appreciate that this is short notice, but if you’re interested, please let me know, and which day, asap (if you haven’t done so already). We’ll go with the consensus and arrange a convenient meeting place (or you could meet us there, if you prefer). As it is likely to get busy, it would be a good idea for us to book tables, so we will need numbers.

Finally, let me remind you that there will not be a monthly meeting December due to the proximity of the Christmas Dinner Dance (now 80+ people), so the next meeting at The Peacock will be in the New Year on 4th January.
