Mianataur wheels and spacers

I've recently bought a set of Manataur wheels 15 x 5.5 for my standard TR4 and was hoping not to have to use spacers but the inner rim of the wheel touches the top of the suspension on full lock. So, the question is what size to use? I do not want the wheels to protrude outside the wheel arch any more than they have to but would 3mm spacers be enough?

Hi Mike

I  assume the  front hub is touching the upper wish bone assembly.

Firstly - have you got the steering lock limiters fitted on the trunnions.

Also the wish bone bolts on the top ball joint can be ground back a touch.

I do have the lock limiters in place and will grind a bit off the bolts as you suggest.
