Just had to tell someone other than my wife

MY TR7 PASSED ITS MOT !!!!!!!!!! this morning :)

post-2562-1158405020.jpg

No advisories and no work needed.

Not bad considering its been 18 months of slog from a not great ebay purchase.

I am over the moon !!!!! :):):)

Well done, another 7 back on the road. Hope you can make the most of the good weather before the winter comes. :)

Hey ally

My car will never be mint and is not a prime example.

If mine can pass then I'm sure that yours will

I was convinced that it was going to fail.

Even told the tester that when I arrived

He just told me that he would be the judge

30 mins later it had passed

You may be surprized I was

Now I need to insure it and pay (what a bloody con, its a classic) for the roadtax

Yeah, I'll second what Alec says. My best quote for fully comprehensive insurance on my (standard 2 litre)TR7 with unlimited mileage came to about £200 less than my insurance for my boring, 1.4 litre J reg Vauxhall Astra - and that's only insured third party as well!

Sadly, can't help you with the road tax. An annoying fact of modern life!

Ally
