This is interesting, covers sleep problems and the benefits of near infrared (warmth) in sunlight. He does not mention that most oldies' pineal glands have stopped making melatonin ( the sleep hormone). My circadian cycle is rubbish, a night owl. He shows ways to reset it. Exposure to sunlight protects against melanoma, hhe argues by NIR inducing melatonin production in mitochondria and so suppressing oxidative stress.  Peter
