There are several of Moss's development stage torque and boost curves here: https://www.mossmotors.com/forum/forums/thread/24337.aspx Eaton M45 blower. There will also be big gains in torque below 2500rpm - ie lots of 'grunt'. 5 psi boost should add about 20% to torque. Their curves suggest rather more gain than that. AFAIK there is a version of the final kit that works on standard compression heads.
