You'll have to strip it down and very carefully check the bore.

 

Preferably have it re-sleeved with a stainless steel liner, but if in perfect condition, fit a rebuild kit.

 

Incidently, early Girling clutch master cylinders didn't have a valve at the back like the brake master cylinders. Rebuild kits are the same item for each type, so don't worry if you only need the boot and large rubber cup and not the small rubber parts. Later master cylinders were made the same internally so a rebuilt pair couldn't be accidently transposed.
