Hi Everyone,

One of my English friends here in France has a TR3. He also has a Microplas hardtop (serial no.226) for it, but is somewhat bemused about how to fit it.

Apparently unlike other hardtops for the 3, this one has a rear window that goes down to the rear deck, and no visible means of attachment at the bottom. He therefore fears that the rear screen may just 'fall out'.

So does anyone have one of these, or any experience of fitting one? If so your advice would be very much appreciated.

regards, Clive

The rear window is of acrylic material held at the rear edge by lift-the-dot fasteners or press studs.
