TR3BGeorge
First, thanks to you-all who recommended the PVC tape route. Of course, cutting the tape into manageable-length pieces (4" and 6") makes the task a labor of love. I took a few photos of the wheel when it was finished. I am glad that this is my spare tire, as I learned a few lessons while doing this wheel that I will apply to the four "main" wheels when I get my new tires. Per instructions received, I (1) did NOT stretch the tape, and (2) applied two layers of tape. I show the big photo so that you can see how close my two missing spokes are to each other. Thanks again for your expert advice. P.S. I have three photos, so I will make 3 posts.
