Fraggle
Hello, I have stripped my brake master cylinder for painting and fitting an adjustable bias valve as i have rear discs. Could somebody please tell me which outlet of the master cylinder does the front/rear brakes, does it make any difference? Many thanks Paul.
robacarp
Hi Paul, On my `76 TR7 (US Model, Left hand drive): When the cylinder is mounted in the car, the front most port on the master Cylinder operates the rear brakes. The port closest to the mounting flange operates the front wheels. The book I have shows a picture of the cylinder on the right hand drive version with the same configuration.
