sixpot6 Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 We are entering our Modsports TR at the HMSA Historic Modsports and Saloon Association race at Mallory Park July 5th 2009. The event hosts are the Morgan Sports Car Club who have given the HMSA their first shakedown race with a view to have a full Race Championship in 2010. HMSA organisers are trying to revive many of the Pre 1982 Modsports,Thundersaloons and Special Saloons allowing us to use space frames,race tyres and cars are allowed to use any type of engine and gearbox. Entries for this fun race are available from the MSCC and will only cost £165,an optional race is available,Nat B status. Info/Rules can be viewed on the new web site at the HMSA www.historicmodsportsandsaloons.com We have been crying out for a club to cater for our type of radical modsports cars,so at least the HMSA are making an effort to cater for us,so no whinging,join us in July to have some fun against the MGs and Morgans.
