trfella
Terminlology referred to in a suppression fitting manual, but nothing in either Haynes or the brown bible. I'm assuming it is the white wire on the + ? Thanks in advance.
bob-menhennett
trfella Standard connections for the two low tension leads on a coil are : 1......."+" and /or SW ( switch )i.e ignition switch white wire 2......."-" and / or CB ( contact breaker ).i.e. black earth wire to the distributor I haven't a TR6 wiring diagram to hand at the moment but a quick double check in the Haynes manual will no doubt confirm the colours. Hope this helps. Bob
Tony Millward
Hi Trfella, The suppressor does indeed connect to the + (or white wire). Tony
