Trampere Posted August 16, 2008 Report Share Posted August 16, 2008 Having followed the advice and directions from all those who have contributed towards the solving of fuel injector problems I have successfully fitted new Viton O Rings to all six, even though 2 did no need it. Engine now purrs so hopefully the rough running and excessive fuel consumption will cease. Torrential rain here stops test driving. To those who responded to my first query just after buying the car, about oil in the plenum. Having cleaned it out, it seems that it must have been a build-up prior to my time as it has not recurred.
